Bookings are confirmed once dates, course access and coverage scope are agreed in writing. Course permissions are coordinated jointly with your group.

Delivery timelines depend on the scope of the production. Short social clips may be shared shortly after the round; full documentary edits require professional post-production and are scheduled at booking.

Your group receives the delivered films and stills for personal and internal use. Broadcast or commercial licensing can be arranged separately.

These terms will be expanded before launch in 2027.
